• Fly toNepalgunj: The most convenient option is to fly to Nepalgunj Airport, which is about a one-hour flight from Kathmandu. Several airlines offer daily flights.
• Drive to Thakurdwara : Upon arrival in Nepalgunj, you’ll need to drive for approximately two hours to reach Thakurdwara, the gateway to Bardiya National Park.
• Helicopter Charter: For a luxurious and time-saving option, consider a private helicopter charter directly to Bardiya.

By Land

• Bus: While the journey is long (around 16 hours from kathmandu), taking a bus is a budget-friendly option. Buses depart from Kathmandu and other major cities.
